Ingredients
- ½ Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
- 2 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
- 1 Package Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Cup. Saltine Crackers, finely crushed
- ½ Cup. Ketchup
- 3 Eggs. Beaten
- 1 Beef Bouillon Cube
- 1 Cup. Hot Water
Directions
- Dissolve beef Bouillon Cube in 1 Cup. Hot Water.
- In a large bowl, add ground beef, eggs, dissolved Beef Bouillon, garlic, onion soup mix, saltine crumbs, Ketchup and Zucchini Spirals. Mix until all combined.
- Preheat Oven at 350 degrees
- In a large baking dish add meat mixture and form the meat loaf. Place in oven a cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until fully cooked.
- Once cooked remove from oven and ready to serve.
