In a large pot, bring water to boil, adding salt, then add pasta and cook for 10 minutes, until cooked to desired preference. Remove from heat.
In a large pot, on medium heat, add oil, garlic, Zucchini Spirals, Vegetable broth, reserved water from pasta and salt. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Then, in a food processor or blender, add Zucchini mixture and blend, until smooth.
In a dish, add pasta and pour Zucchini Sauce on top with parmesan cheese and garnish with basil.
