Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add olive oil, add onion sauté until golden, add garlic sauté until fragrant
  2. Add carrots, lemon zest and chili flakes, sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Diced Tomatoes, bay leaves, vegetable broth and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Add Kale Super blend, lemon juice and simmer for 10 minutes, until Kale has wilted, and carrots are cooked. Then add Chickpeas, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat, remove Bay Leaves, and ready to serve.
