Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2  Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chick Peas, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Black sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tsp. Greek Seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a skillet, on high heat add oil and Cauliflower rice, continue stirring and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat, add onions, chick peas, sun-dried tomatoes, black sliced olives,
    goat cheese, seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
