Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Chopped Kale
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Orange, peeled, slices
- ½ Cup Pomegranates arils (seeds)
- ½ Cup Walnuts, coarsely chopped
- ¼ Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
Dressing:
- ½ Cup Orange Juice, pulp free
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Prepare dressing, combining all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
- In a large bowl, massage chopped kale with salt and little olive oil.
- Add onion, orange slices, pomegranates, walnuts, and feta cheese, dressing and ready to serve.
