Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 4 Flour tortillas, 8 inches in diameter
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- ½ Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Nutmeg, pinch
- Salt and pepper, pinch
- Sour Cream, serving
Directions
- In a skillet on medium heat, add spinach, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cover and cook, until wilted. Remove any excess moisture from Spinach.
- On half of your Tortilla, place mozzarella cheese, spinach, red pepper flakes, oregano, top with more mozzarella cheese, feta, and garlic powder. Fold in half. Repeat for each Tortilla.
- In a skillet on medium to low heat, add oil, quesadilla, cook until golden brown, approximately 4 minutes on each side. Repeat for each Tortilla. Slice in halves, and ready to serve with sour cream.
