Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 Cup, Mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ Tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook pasta, according to pasta directions, cook until al dente. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, add cooked pasta, celery, red pepper, onion, black olives, and Kale Slaw, mix until combined.
  3. In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper, mix well.
  4. Add dressing on pasta salad and mix well. Cover with Saran wrap and place in fridge for approx. 2 hours. Remove from fridge and ready to serve.

Tip* Great recipe served hot or cold!
