  1. Pre-heat oven at 300 degrees.
  2. Place baguette on a baking sheet, bake for 15-20 minutes, bake until crusty. Remove from heat, let cool, crumble into pieces and place in food processor, pulse until crumbled.
  3. On the same baking sheet add breadcrumbs with melted butter, toss until fully combined, and bake until golden brown.
  4. In a small bowl, add shallots, garlic, olive oil, white vinegar, orange juice and salt, mix until all combined.
  5. In a large bowl, add kale super blend, toasted breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese pomegranates and dressing, mix until combined and ready to serve.

