Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
- 2 Cups Harvest Fresh Broccoli Florets
- 4 Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions, Sliced
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Package Steak Stir-fry, cooked
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, low sodium
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/3 Cup. Soy Sauce, low sodium
- ¼ Cup Water
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1 Tsp. Red Chili Flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Directions
- In a Bowl, add steak stir-fry, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well and set aside to marinate.
- Prepare the Teriyaki sauce adding all ingredients, mix well and set aside.
- In a pan, on medium heat add oil, steak stir-fry. Cook for 4 minutes, until browned and cooked on all sides. Place aside in a plate.
- In a Skillet over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, Cipolline onions, Bell Pepper, Broccoli Florets, cook for 4 minutes, until tender.
- Add steak stir-fry and teriyaki sauce in the vegetables, Simmer for 3 minutes until sauce thickens. Garnish with sesame seeds.
- In a Skillet over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, Riced Cauliflower, salt, and black pepper, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- In a plate, place Cauliflower rice, top with vegetable steak stir-fry and ready to serve.
