  1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, add cubed Butternut Squash, salt, black pepper, and 3 Tbsp. Olive oil, mix well.
  3. In oven tray, add cubed Butternut Squash and spread evenly on the pan. Place, in oven, bake for 30 minutes, until fully cooked and set aside.
  4. In a Skillet, add 2 Tbsp of olive oil, garlic, and ground meat, cook until browned.
  5. Add Chopped Kale and cook, until wilted. Then add salt, pepper, cooked pasta, vegetable broth, roasted cubed butternut squash and bocconcini cheese, cook until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and ready to serve.

