Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cubed Butternut Squash
- 2 Honey Crisp Apples, peeled, cored, diced
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, divided in 8 pcs.
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp. Pure Vanilla
- ¼ Cup Pecans, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- French Vanilla Ice Cream Topping
- Honey, drizzle
Directions
- Preheat Oven at 400 degrees, light spray baking dish.
- In a large bowl, add butternut squash, apples, olive oil, cinnamon, vanilla, and brown sugar, mix until fully combined.
- In a baking dish, add butternut squash mixture and spread evenly, add dollops of butter on top of mixture and place in oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from heat and top with Ice cream, pecans, and drizzle with honey and ready to serve.
