Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Butternut Squash Spirals
- 3 Garlics, finely chopped
- ½ Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- ¾ Cup Oak Milk, or milk of preference
- 6 Slices Bacon, cooked pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- ¼ Tsp. Black pepper
- Parmesan Cheese, Topping
- Parsley, finely chopped, Topping
Directions
- In a large bowl, add Riced Cauliflower and microwave for 5 minutes, remove and let cool.
- In a Skillet on medium heat, add oil, onions cook, until translucent, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside
- In a blender add, cauliflower rice, oak milk, lemon juice, sautéed onions and garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Heat in a small pot for 3 minutes prior to serving.
- In a skillet on medium heat add oil, Butternut Squash Spirals, salt, and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, until desired preference.
- Add Cauliflower Sauce and bacon, top with parmesan and parsley and ready to serve.
