In a large bowl, add Riced Cauliflower and microwave for 5 minutes, remove and let cool.
In a Skillet on medium heat, add oil, onions cook, until translucent, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside
In a blender add, cauliflower rice, oak milk, lemon juice, sautéed onions and garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Heat in a small pot for 3 minutes prior to serving.
In a skillet on medium heat add oil, Butternut Squash Spirals, salt, and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, until desired preference.
Add Cauliflower Sauce and bacon, top with parmesan and parsley and ready to serve.
