Ingredients
- 1 Package of Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Chick Peas, rinsed
- 1/4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Black sliced olives
- 1/4 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tsp. Greek Seasoning
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In a skillet, on high heat add oil and Cauliflower rice, continue stirring and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add onions, chick peas, sun-dried tomatoes, black sliced olives,
goat cheese, seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
