Pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Lightly Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, add flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until fully combined.
In a blender, cream margarine and sugar together, until creamy and smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, blend after each. Add Vanilla Extract and zucchini spirals, mix well in batter.
Add flour mixture into creamed mixture with milk and add walnuts, mix until fully combined.
Place in oven and bake for 60 minutes, using toothpicks, insert in middle of cake and if toothpick is clean, cake is cooked. Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes and sprinkle with icing sugar and ready to serve.
