Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions
- 1 Package Puff Pastry (2 Sheets)
- 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- ½ Cup Fire Roasted Peppers, sliced
- ½ Tsp. Rosemary
- 1 Egg, beaten, 1 Tbsp. Water, egg wash
- ¼ Cup oil
- ¼ Tsp. Salt
- ¼ Tsp. Pepper
- Balsamic glaze
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 400 degrees. Use a baking sheet lined with Parchment Paper.
- Slice Puff Pastry Sheets in 6 rectangular pieces. Set aside
- On baking sheet with parchment paper, drizzle oil, balsamic glaze, sprinkle parmesan cheese, rosemary, salt, and pepper, top with Cipolline Onions and fire roasted peppers forming a rectangular shape.
- Layer rectangular puff pastry on top, brush egg wash on top and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese.
- Place in oven for 20 minutes, baked until golden brown. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and ready to serve.
