Ingredients
- 2 Packages Harvest Fresh Riced Broccoli
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheese, Mozzarella
- 2 Large Eggs, whisked
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic, fresh, minced
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a saucepan, add an inch of water, Broccoli rice, with the lid, steam for 8 minutes, until softened; remove from heat and let cool.
- Using a clean dishtowel, drain broccoli rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- In a bowl, add steamed broccoli rice, eggs, shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix all together.
- Using snowflake die cutters add Broccoli rice mix to fill each cavity. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove die cutters after formed for each.
- Place in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then flip each for 5 minutes, cook slightly until golden brown.
- Remove from heat. Let cool for 5 minutes and form your tree, top with a cherry tomato using a toothpick.
