Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Raw Harvest Jalapeno, diced
  • 3 Packages, Cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 Cup Red Bell Peppers, diced
  • 2 Cans Crabmeat, drained
  • ½ Cup Chives, sliced
  • ¼ Cup Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • Cranberries, crushed pecans for decorating

Directions

  1. In a Large bowl, add cream cheese, using a hand blender mix well, then add remaining ingredients, until all combined.
  2. Using a round bowl, of preference to form shape, add a non- stick piece of saran wrap inside, add the dip mixture, filled right to the top, using a spatula smooth evenly. Completely cover, seal, and refrigerate, to hold its form, approx. 30 Minutes, until chilled.

  4. Once Spinach Ricotta Wreath Scones is golden brown, let cool and set aside.
  5. Remove dip from fridge, flip the bowl upside down on a serving plate, remove saran wrap, then ready to decorate, top with cranberries and pecans.
  6. Then carefully place dip in the centre of the wreath, and ready to serve.
