Ingredients
- ½ Package Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw, topping
- 4 Large Croissants
- 2 Cans Flaked Chicken, drained
- 1 Red Apple, diced
- ¼ Cup Sliced Black Olives
- ¼ Cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, add Chicken, break up with a fork.
- Add Kale Slaw, apples, black olives, sliced almonds, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Slice Croissant in half, on one half of croissant, add Kale Slaw Chicken Salad, and place the other half croissant on top, and ready to serve.
