Ingredients
- ½ Cup Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
- ½ Cup Roasted Red Peppers, finely Chopped
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef, Veal, and Pork
- 1 Large Egg
- ½ Cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Onion Soup Mix, Lipton
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Package Hamburger Buns, sesame
Optional Toppings
- Bacon
- Provolone Cheese
- Pickles, Sliced
- Tomatoes, Sliced
- Red Onions, Sliced
- Condiments, as desired
Directions
- For Hamburgers: In a large bowl, add meat mixture, Zucchini Spirals, roasted red peppers, breadcrumbs, onion mix, mozzarella cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well.
- Form burgers in round patties and repeat process for each burger.
- Place burgers on grill for 4-5 minutes each side, until cooked. Remove from grill.
- On the bottom half of your bun, add burger, provolone cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles, bacon, and top with your favourite condiments.
