Ingredients
- 2 Cups Harvest Fresh Riced Broccoli
- 1 Cup Harvest Fresh Cipollini Onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Warm Water
- 2 Tsp. Yeast
- 1 Cup. Sun-dried Black or Kalamata Olives
- 1 Cup. Sun-dried Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 4 Cups All-purpose Flour
- ¾ Cup Vegetable or Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
Directions
- In a bowl, add water and yeast, mix well.
- In a large bowl, add flour, salt, whisk well, add olives, sun-dried tomatoes, onions, riced broccoli. Mix well, until all combined.
- Make a well in the centre and pour water yeast mixture, and oil combine, and knead, until all combined.
- In a loaf pan, lightly spray with cooking spray, add batter, spread evenly. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Place in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until cooked and golden brown and ready to serve.
