Ingredients
- 2 (8oz) Bags Harvest Fresh Spinach, chopped
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded cheese
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Package Vegetable Soup Mix
- 1 Sourdough Bread, whole
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- Vegetables sliced, dipping
Directions
- In a skillet, on medium heat, add butter and melt.
- Add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add spinach sauté until wilted, set aside and let cool.
- Once cooled, mix all ingredients in a bowl, stir well.
- Cut centre of Sourdough bread, place dip inside.
- Cube leftover bread for dipping and with vegetables
and ready to serve.
