Ingredients

    • 2 (8oz) Bags Harvest Fresh Spinach, chopped
    • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 Cup Sour Cream
    • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded cheese
    • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
    • 1 Package Vegetable Soup Mix
    • 1 Sourdough Bread, whole
    • 2 Tbsp. Butter
    • Vegetables sliced, dipping

     

    Directions

    1. In a skillet, on medium heat, add butter and melt.
    2. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
    3. Add spinach sauté until wilted, set aside and let cool.
    4. Once cooled, mix all ingredients in a bowl, stir well.
    5. Cut centre of Sourdough bread, place dip inside.
    6. Cube leftover bread for dipping and with vegetables
      and ready to serve.
