Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Medley
- 1 ½ Cups Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions, choppedÂ
- 1 ½ Cups Red Peppers. diced
- Ground Beef
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Can Bean Medley, drained & rinsed
- 1 Cup White Wine
- 2 Cups Tomato Sauce, cooked
- 1 14.5 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 Tsp. Oil
- 1 Tsp. Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
Directions
- In a pot, on medium to high heat, add oil, onions and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes, until translucent. Add red peppers sauté, until soft.
- Add ground meat, cook, and break up the meat until brown, add white wine, bean medley and riced veggie medley, mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and mix well, then add salt, black pepper, and chili powder, mix well. Place the lid on the pot and simmer for 20 minutes, until cooked and ready to serve.
