Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Veggie Medley
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella, Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ Cup Green Onions, finely chopped
  • ½ Pack Bacon, chopped and cooked
  • 2 Cups Egg Whites
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic, minced
  • ¼ Tsp. Paprika
  • 3 Tbsp, Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. In a skillet, heat butter, add garlic, green onions, veggie medley, sauté for 5 minutes, add egg whites, paprika, salt and pepper using spatula, scramble the eggs and mix all together.
  2. Add cheese, and bacon and cook until cheese is melted.

Tip: Great to serve with our Cauliflower Hash Browns
