Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
- 1 Cup Mozzarella, Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 Green Onions, finely chopped
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/3 Cup Almond Flour
- 1- Large Egg, whisked
- 1 Tsp. Garlic powder
- ½ Tsp. Italian Season
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- ¼ Tsp. Paprika
- ¼ Tsp. Pepper
Directions
- Pre-heat oven 375 degrees F.
- In a saucepan, add an inch of water, cauliflower rice, with the lid, steam for 6-8 minutes, until softened; remove from heat and let cool.
- Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- In a large bowl, add steamed cauliflower rice, almond flour, egg, shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, onions, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Using an ice cream scooper, form hash brown into rounds, making about 6 hash browns.
- Place on baking sheet and cook in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turnover and cook another 10 minutes, till golden brown. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
