Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower 
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella, Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Green Onions, finely chopped
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/3 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1- Large Egg, whisked
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ Tsp. Italian Season
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • ¼ Tsp. Paprika
  • ¼ Tsp. Pepper

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven 375 degrees F.
  2. In a saucepan, add an inch of water, cauliflower rice, with the lid, steam for 6-8 minutes, until softened; remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
  4. In a large bowl, add steamed cauliflower rice, almond flour, egg, shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, onions, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Using an ice cream scooper, form hash brown into rounds, making about 6 hash browns.
  6. Place on baking sheet and cook in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turnover and cook another 10 minutes, till golden brown. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
