Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Chopped Kale
- 1 Cup Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions, chopped
- 1 Cup Harvest Fresh Nantes Carrots, shredded
- 1 Cup Fennel, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- ½ Cup Dried Cranberries
- ¼ Cup Slivered Almonds
- ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
- Parmesan Cheese, topping
- Salt to Taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, massage chopped kale with a little salt and 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
- Add onions, Nantes carrots, fennel, dried cranberries, slivered almonds, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, top with parmesan cheese and ready to serve.
