Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Veggie Sheets
- 1 Large Brie
- 2 Cups Breadcrumbs, coating
- ¾ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Cup oil
- ½ Tsp. Salt
- ½ Tsp. Pepper
- ¼ Cup Chopped pecans
- 1/3 Cup Sweet Chili
Directions
- Pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Lightly Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, add oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- In a flat dinner plate, add breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until combined.
- Coat Zucchini Sheets in oil, coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Add Brie in center and wrap until brie is completely covered. Top with sweet chili and pecans. Seal with toothpicks.
- Place in oven for 20 minutes until cooked and cheese is soft.
- Remove from oven, top with pecans and ready to serve.
